Stab at implementing marked SFX ISBN lookups

Goal is to only fire an ISBN lookup where the 020 $9 subfield = "SFX";
if we don't find one of those, fall back to normal display methods
(located URIs via 856 or NOTHING).

This is just a quick test of the search result page for uwin skin.
