lp1779158 Inspect Queue Improvements

- Add "Delete selected" option to Authority Queues
- Change Queuetype to 'authority' from 'auth' when selecting single record to view
in auth record queue.
- Ensure "Imported As" link correctly navigates to Auth record view for Auth Queues
