Expermented with formatting in ServersideInstallation.xml.
-Added lines breaks for easier editing.
-Removed some informal figures tags to reduce bloat in TOC
-Tried using userinput and screen in some places.
-Replaced programlisting with screen where applicable.

More clean up to address DocBook FO processing errors
