LP#1251394 Display field schema sync'ing

Copy flat/compressed/wide display entry views into base schema.
Synchronize a few remaining seed data bits.

Replace references to 'topic_subject' in wide display views with the new
'creators' field.

Remove ZZZZ.UNDO testing SQL file.
