Change "V" to "Roman Numeral"

CWMARS adds brickhead numbers to the OPAC footer to help in
debugging. As of 29JAN16, CWMARS has five brickheads: bh1 bh2 bh3
bh4 and bh5. In footer.tt2 on each brickhead, the Roman Numeral
corresponding the the brickhead number is added individually.
