Evergreen 2.1.0 has been released! (along with 2.0.10 and 1.6.1.9)

Moved 2.1 series column to be listed first, followed by 2.0 and 1.6.1.
Included link to new "single source doc" page for 2.1 installation steps.
To symbolize the deprecated status of 1.6.1, changed status
highlighting to red.
