Finances category misspelled in Library Settings

In the Library Settings editor, the category of "Finances" was misspelled
as "Finanaces".  The problem originally occurs in the 0622 upgrade SQL.

Since the upgrade SQL has yet to be pushed as part of a stable release,
added the spelling correction directly to all files discovered to contain
error.
