LP#1777675 Tweak IDL label for copy inventory

"Last Copy Inventory" can be misunderstood at first reading as
inventory of the "last copy".  "Latest Inventory" seems easier to
understand, and also still goes well with a potential future "All
Inventories" entry in the IDL.
