Performance tweak to oils_cstore.c.

Rewrote two loops in buildSELECT() and doUpdate() so use
osrfHashIterators instead of building and traversing
osrfString Arrays.

In the latter case: plugged a memory leak (we weren't freeing the
osrfStringArray).
