LP1831390 ControlValueAccessor continued

Make eg-date-select traffic in Date objects instead of YMD strings.
Added simple combobox [(ngModel)] example.
Added combobox freetext testing
Avoid forcing startIdFiresOnChange for combobox.
Avoid redundant FormsModule import.
Minor lint repairs.
