Update the SMS formatting helper

Update the SMS formatting helper

This commit goes hand in hand with working:user/tsbere/sms_munge which attempts
to munge various formatting of SMS addresses entered by patrons.

This updates the helper beside the input box to include a note
that literal aliases are accepted, as well.
