Whoa there! It's not fair to take Apache licensed source code from

https://code.google.com/p/android-imagedownloader/ (blog at
http://android-developers.blogspot.com/2010/07/multithreading-for-performance.html)
and claim to have authored it.  I changed the Copyright back to its
original before I do anything else.
