+Transfer Lineitems To Marked Bib Record
+^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
+Supports changing the bib record linked to from an acquisistions
+lineitem.  When a lineitem is transfered to a new bib record, any call
+numbers (and associated copies) created as a result of loading or
+activating the order are also transfered from the previously targeted
+bib record to the new bib record.  Monograph parts are also duplicated
+on the target record if needed and part maps are updated to use the new
+(or previously existing) part for the target record.

+The action to mark a record as the lineitem transfer destination is
+found in the browser client under 'Mark For:' action in the catalog
+record summary interface.

+found in the XUL client under the records 'Actions For This Record' menu.
