+Transfer Lineitems To Marked Bib Record
+^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
+Supports changing the bib record linked to from an acquisistions
+lineitem.  When a lineitem is transfered to a new bib record, any call
+numbers created as a result of loading or activating the order are
+also transfered from the previously targeted bib record to the new bib
+record.  Monograph parts are also duplicated on the target record if
+needed and part maps are updated to use the new (or previously existing)
+part for the target record.
+
+The action to mark a record as the lineitem transfer destination is
+found in the browser client under 'Mark For:' action in the catalog
+record summary interface.

+found in the XUL client under the records 'Actions For This Record' menu.

+In the ACQ interface, the transfer action is found in the 'Actions'
