Remove all old virtual images

There are lots of old virtual images from unsupported versions still on the
web server. Per IRC discussion on 2013-07-18, these will now be removed to
avoid confusion and complications from using very old versions of Evergreen.

TODO: Find community support for creating and having more up-to-date VMs
for trial/testing purposes.
