Commit typo patch from Jason Stephenson (April 28, 2009)

Attached is a small patch that fixes a typo in config.pm in Evergreen-ILS-1.4.0.4/Open-ILS/src/perlmods/OpenILS/Application/Storage/CDBI

I came across it while perusing the code.
