Antora follow-up: update references to eg-antora.git

[1] This repository currently can be cloned only over the Git
    protocol, so adjust URIs accordingly.
[2] Ensure that git://git.evergreen-ils.org/eg-antora.git is the
    default Antora UI repo for generate_docs.pl
