Fix XML comment breakage in opensrf.xml.example

Per http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml/#sec-comments, 'For compatibility, the string
" -- " (double-hyphen) MUST NOT occur within comments.'

XML parsers that cared about specs choked on our --localhost reference.
