+  * assumed to have a parent of Open-ILS from the Evergreen source tree (circ)
+  * or custom directories pertinent to Conifer operations (migration-scripts)

+We plan to set up automated synchronization of certain directories with our
+test servers so that, for example, OPAC skin designers can make changes
+locally but see their changes replicated on the test server with a minimal
+wait.
