Subject: Update for 2.0.3 release

Update for 2.0.3 release

Point to the 2.0.3 virtual image as well.

Just link to generic "Upgrading" document instead of listing all
previous revisions, as it gets ridiculous quickly.

Blast! Where did the all-in-one ChangeLog go?
