Patch from Jeff Godin:

The "First 5 characters" transform appears to be broken due to a typo,
patch attached. To fix previously broken templates created using this
transform, clone, re-select the First 5 characters transform on any fields
where you were using it, and save the template.

Also in this patch, change from confirm() to alert() for "Template NAME
was successfully saved." No point in using confirm(), nothing was checking
the return value, etc.

Add preliminary cs_CZ translation submitted by Institute of Information Studies and Librarianship, Faculty of Arts, Charles University, Prague (uisk.ff.cuni.cz/)

Attached is the translation of Evergreen 1.4 PO files into the Czech language. So far the translation is neither absolutely complete, nor perfect; however we shall be working on it further in the Spring term together with our students at the Institute of Information Studies and Librarianship, Faculty of Arts, Charles University, Prague (http://uisk.ff.cuni.cz/). We would appreciate very much if you could include this version of the translation into Evergreen development tree so that when 2.0 version becomes available, we can proceed in our work and improve the translation :-)...
