First cut at an extremely stupid script to ensure that services actually respond to requests

We were burned by a service that looked fine in the ps listing - had a
controller, master, listener, and drone - but which was not responding to
requests. NEVER AGAIN!

Add the due-date-showing version of copy_details.js from rel_1_6

Note - you need to set showDueDate and showDueTime to non-false values to
make any difference, and even then the use still needs to click "Copy Details"
to see it.

Disgusting hack: disable renewals by CSS (disabled checkbox) if the item is overdue

Easy to overcome if you're clever and somewhat dishonest, but this will probably
prevent 98% of our users from renewing overdue items.

By popular request, add a (bogus) example of an input for a patron using the windsor_patron_load.sql script

One should note that this is clearly not CSV (it started as CSV, based on an Oracle export, but was munged
to tab-delimited)
