  - limit line length to 80 characters (a nearly unbreakable habit from work)
  - remove database version entirely from the user interface, down to build-db.sh.  This makes minor removals from:

    - install.conf.default
    - Open-ILS/src/Makefile
    - Open-ILS/src/extras/import/build-oils-db.sh
  - implement automatic detection of PostgreSQL database version
  - abort if we can not detect the db version, providing the user with our best guess (it's probably not going to be, but oh well)
  - maintain fallback in the case of missing fts-config.sql for specific db version, with big shiny warnings adapted to the autodetection
  - abort if no fts-config.sql files exist

Put a modified version of Picklist.onJUBSet into jubgrid.js.  This way, code that uses jubgrid
outside of the Picklist context can still take advantage of the jub update handling code

onJUBSet is automatically applied to lineitems at jubgrid create time

Broke price information out into estimated and actual price columns.  Not entirely sure we want
these to be broken out, but it's trivial to pull them back into a single column if not.

I have an editor in place for setting the prices, but I'm trying to understand how one
captures the edited data when you are editing a column that is not part of the grid's
data model.  Bueller?
