- For now, this is fine. Rather than ripping out the spans and redoing
  the whole paginator as an unordered list (inline) I just added a css
  class to each of the numbers and did the styling there.

HACK: Use hardcoded fi:format selector

This is a hack / proof of concept which may be rendered unnecessary
by changes in post-2.2 releases of Evergreen.

The intent is to allow searching for "E-Books" and "Large Print
Books" by switching to a "format" search filter instead of an
"item_type" filter.

We are hardcoding the choices of format, and generating the <select>
using item_format_selector.tt2, which is a modified version of
coded_value_selector.tt2.

Display iframe widget for AVOD titles

First attempt at an AVOD widget, displayed when the user is logged
in. For SSL concerns, a custom proxy cgi is used. The proxy cgi
decides if it should display the widget or a static thumbnail.

In theory, this could be used for other content providers as well.

Add a "Resident patrons click here to view content" link for widgets
when not logged in.

Be less strict when matching AVOD URLs

Some of our early AVOD records have two EZproxy prefixes. This
works, but the URLs look different.
