Add the due-date-showing version of copy_details.js from rel_1_6

Note - you need to set showDueDate and showDueTime to non-false values to
make any difference, and even then the use still needs to click "Copy Details"
to see it.

Disgusting hack: disable renewals by CSS (disabled checkbox) if the item is overdue

Easy to overcome if you're clever and somewhat dishonest, but this will probably
prevent 98% of our users from renewing overdue items.

Extend the number of elements that are being displayed to be more appropriate for academic institutions.
Hide elements that contain no content.
Display URLs in a way that makes sense for our legacy practice (all link text went into subfield z instead of y),
although it should still be usable by institutions that do things the right way :)
Try to fix unAPI now that Zotero is parsing the post-JS DOM (having two unAPI entries for a single record is not good).
