Subject: [PATCH] LP1793154: Cancel Holds from OPAC Record

The name of the grid handler was misspelled
in the holds grid for records in the opac.
Swapping the location of the 'wide' part of
the function name will allow it to match up
with the functions available in the holds
grid module.
