From 3ea0d6785b0a8b27ba4210298ce51c093a61c791 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Dan Wells Date: Wed, 26 Feb 2014 17:49:49 -0500 Subject: [PATCH] LP 1198465: Move overdue restore above lost void/adjustment If a person loses something and has their overdues adjusted to zero, then pays for part of it, then returns the item, the part they actually paid should apply to the overdues. In order for this to happen, the overdues must exist *before* the lost fines are adjusted.
