Subject: [PATCH] LP 1772993: Make <NONE> the default for Loan Duration in
 Vol/Copy Editor.

This commit makes <NONE> the default value for Loan Duration in the
Vol/Copy Editor.

NB: This was split into its own commit in case it is decided that
this change is not wanted.
